Franklin High School held a mock election yesterday in which 651 students voted. 57 percent voted for Obama-Biden(D), while McCain-Palin picked up 29 percent. 14 percent were undecided.
Over half of Obama and McCain supporters cited the economy as the factor most important to their decision. Twice as many McCain supporters thought immigration and national security were important factors while twice as many Obama supporters emphasized civil rights and the war as affecting their decision.
Story developing.
